Our story

A garden of glass

The Glass Garden is a small New Orleans shop for collectible glass, gemstone and brass pieces, and living moss art.

Chosen for the way it holds light, and the room it will change.

Mariah Bond selects each piece herself. Every item is photographed in the studio, described as exactly as we know it, and packed by hand before it leaves the city.

Questions

Good to know

Is each piece authentic?

We describe every piece exactly as we know it. When a piece carries a maker's mark or label, the listing says so and shows it. When it does not, we list it as handblown art glass and never claim more.

How is glass shipped?

Each piece ships from New Orleans, Louisiana, wrapped in protective padding inside a sturdy box. Shipping on glass is free.

How do I care for glass?

Dust with a soft dry cloth. Keep pieces out of reach of small children and pets.
